Terms and conditions of sale

Version of September 6, 2026 · Amazone Adventure

The French version prevails. This translation is provided for information only.

1. Purpose and parties

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of the outdoor activities offered by Amazone Adventure on this site. The seller, referred to below as the operator, is Amazone Adventure, Entrepreneur individuel, registered under SIRET number 83445620400017. Its full identity appears on the /mentions-legales page. The site and the booking service are provided technically by Dewex, which is not a party to the sale.

2. Activities

Each activity is described on its own page: content, duration, price including tax, what is included and what is not. The conditions for taking part, including age, required level, equipment and health, are set out there too. By booking, the customer confirms having read them and undertakes to comply with them.

3. Booking

Booking happens online: choosing the slot and the number of participants, contact details, then confirmation. For instant booking, the contract is formed on payment. For booking on request, it is formed once the operator accepts the request and the customer pays the amount shown. A summary is sent by email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR, including all taxes. Online payment is handled by Stripe, an authorised payment provider; no card data is kept by the operator. The amount due is shown before confirmation; any balance is payable as stated on the activity page.

5. No right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 12° of the French consumer code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or period.

6. Cancellation by the customer

The cancellation policy that applies is the one shown on the activity page and repeated in the confirmation email. Flexible: full refund of the amounts paid until departure. 48 hours: full refund until 48 hours before departure, none afterwards. Strict: no refund once confirmed. Cancellation requests are sent by email to robin@dewex.io. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the booking.

7. Cancellation or change by the operator

The operator may cancel or change an activity for reasons of weather, safety, insufficient numbers or force majeure. In that case they offer a new date or refund the amounts paid in full, with no further compensation.

8. Lateness and no-show

A customer who does not turn up at the stated place and time is treated as a late cancellation: the cancellation policy applies.

9. Customer obligations and safety

The customer follows the safety instructions, declares being fit to take part and brings the equipment required. The operator may refuse a participant on safety grounds. The amounts paid are then refunded, unless the refusal follows from the customer failing to meet the conditions for taking part.

10. Insurance

Amazone Adventure declares holding professional liability insurance covering the activities offered, as required by article L321-1 of the French sports code. The customer is advised of the value of taking out personal accident insurance, as set out in article L321-4 of the same code.

11. Liability

The operator is solely responsible for delivering the activity sold. Dewex, as a technical intermediary, is responsible neither for the activity, nor for cancellations, nor for refunds.

12. Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in our privacy policy, at /confidentialite.

13. Complaints and mediation

Complaints are sent to robin@dewex.io.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Where a translation exists, the French version prevails.
